The driver was upset I don’t know why and we had an unpleasant ride to the hotel. He didn’t offer to help to put our heavy luggage and looked at us in a bad manner, then he banged the back door very loudly. Then he asked in an angry way, “you paying cash right brother?”
There was a car going up slope which was that car’s lane and this taxi going down slope went opposite direction as the other lane, his lane, is blocked by parked cars, causing the other car to emergency brake. The other car out of kindness shifted for him and the taxi still didn’t want to move. After seeing that the other car was taking video of him, the taxi zoomed past the car and purposely drove super close and went away at a high speed, afraid of getting captured on camera and got reviewed.
The driver was speeding and cutting lanes.. He did not care if there was a bumb on the road.. My ass is jumping inside the taxi..
The rudest taxi driver I have ever met. Started with “Dont teach me how to load your luggage”. And then he would be so rude to accept credit card when that was the reason he was called in the first place. First person I talked to in Sinagpore is Cuai Jun Wee and he is an awful taxi driver.
It seems to us that the taxi driver is not healthy enough to drive on the road. He was jerky with his hands hold on tight on the steering wheel. The whole ride was unsmoothy and made our stomach turned at the end. I wonder if he has issue with controlling muscle and might be better to have evaluation check whether he should drive on the road or not.
Taxi blocked the entrance to the other cars in Jurong Park and when asked to move, responded very aggressively.
SCOLDED CUSTOMER,THINKING THAT HE IS RIGHT AND DARE CUSTOMER TO TAKE VIDEO AND LODGE COMPLAINT.
Excellent driver who was the most thoughtful and insisted on dropping my mom with a walking stick to the lift landing of our destination. He did not drive off but rather sat in his car watching us to make sure we could safely go to the lift landing. Upon noticing my mom struggling to put her foot above the pavement, he alighted from his car and came to our rescue, holding my mom’s hand and assisted her to step over the curb. He was very kind and told her to take it easy too.
Worst experience ever.
We are tourists and had to take 2 taxis so it took a while to give the address to the others but then our driver was rude and did not take us to our destination but nearby.
