Driver went a long distance without asking.. Fare shouldn’t be more than $13.. Even if there’s traffic jam, it will not go more than $15. Unacceptable..
Unhygienic taxi, very dirty dusty and there is no aircond.
The driver refused to take me home, that is understandable however his attitude was extremely impolite and rude, he got aggressive with me as I was asking why I can not take a taxi in that stand convincing other taxis not to take me because my destination may not be convenient.
Very uncomfortable journey. Not a safe driver. For a significant part of the journey, the driver was changing lanes from right to left and left to right. He accelerated his vehicle excessively like a sports car. He was driving with his left leg tugged in on the driver seat. To change lanes, the driver likes to drive between lane 1 and lane 2.
Lost item: multi colored blue scarf made in Cambodia.
The driver name Lim Kuay Cheok didn’t give me a proper receipt and charged over price by the app that showed me only 17 SGD but he charged me 21.55 SGD. Also, there is no details in e-receipt as well, which means that he is cheating.
The driver was very rude and impatient. We had 5 shopping bags and a pram, when we were loading them into the boot, the driver came over and yelled “so many things, how to fit?” Because he was being impatient, I decided to put a shopping bag on my lap in the car. In the car, the driver yelled again saying that he cannot move because the bag is blocking his side mirror. There’s a reason we use a cab and that is because we have a lot of things to carry. Just very very dissapointed with such attitude and service. Absolutely unprofessional.
The driver was constantly swerving into other lanes and even into the emergency lanes at times. Could not stay in one lane ever. Very unsafe for passengers as well as other road users.
He is a horrible driver, doesn’t even know where is Bugis junction? Told him the way but he still turned left when we said turn right. He did that on purpose or what? Throughout the ride, kept calling and being so loud, even shouted to “wake us up” when he was nearby to Bugis. This is a negative feedback to this horrible driver.
