Premier Taxis SHC7000T – ★ Rude Service

Hello, We received very poor service with this driver. His attitude was very rude. Here is what he did wrong:

• ignored our questions about CBD charge
• intentionally took a detour delaying our arrival
• engaged us with a very rude and aggressive demeanor
• interrogated us about our reason for getting dropped off at a MRT stop

Comfort Taxi SHA2470M – ★★★ A honest and kind driver

I would like to compliment this driver for his honesty and attentiveness to his passenger. I was drunk yesterday and had fallen asleep in his cab. Im truly grateful that he send me home safely without going one big round to earn more fares from me. That is the usual charges for the cab fare from the pick up location to my destination after sending my friend home at punggol. My friend told the driver my address when she was alighting and the next thing i knew was the driver was waking me up telling me that i have reach home. After paying him, i alighted not realising that i have left something behind. The driver made the effort to chase up and return me my stuff. I really appreciate his thought and effort to check whether his passenger had left something behind. Lastly i would like to say thank you to him for his actions.

SMRT Taxis SHF413R – ★ Rude and obnoxious

Rude and obnoxious driver who yells at you. He asked me a question on my location and before i could finish saying the details he would cut me off and shut me out with rude comments.

Comfort Taxi SH6302Y – ★★★★★ Excellent service, punctual and friendly

The driver Mr Tan See Quee is very friendly and warm. He arrived on time and made his passenger feel comfortable. A safe driver and keeps his car clean. He knows the road and direction well too. It’s a pleasant experience throughout the entire journey and even wished me well when I alight. I would love to take this taxi again if I call for advance booking. Well done!

CityCab SHA715X – ★ Rude driver

Driver kept on talking on the phone and was very unhappy and disgruntled and RUDE when I interrupt him to give directions.

SMRT Taxis SHB366P – ★ Insane ride

He seemed annoyed when he stopped to pick me up and when I said I’m waiting on my friends. Once they were in the car, he squealed his tired out of my condo. He drove extremely fast through the Neighborhood. Our bags were going every which way in the boot. He was very erratic while driving and drove very fast the rest of the trip. We all felt very unsafe.

Comfort Taxi SHC8903G – ★ Rude and abusive taxi driver insulting a child

Earlier today, my daughter Yasmina, who is 15 years old used a Comfort Delgro taxi – registration SHC 8903 G to travel from her school UWC-SEA East in Tampines to her piano lesson in Bishan Street 11 at about 15:30 ~15:45. She booked the taxi on the Comfort Delgro app. The taxi driver confirmed the booking from his phone 6664 3080 at 15:26. Upon arrival in Bishan she wanted to pay with her EZ-link card, not having enough cash for the ride. The EZ-link machine of the taxi was defective. My daughter proposed to pay with her Credit Card. It was not possible neither. The Driver insulted my daughter at multiple occasions – calling her “stupid foreigner” and threatened her saying “you have to get to an ATM to get cash – he wanted to bring her to Serangoon – just to get cash, she would have been late for her piano lesson. The driver was particularly rude and aggressive and my daughter was afraid that he would molest her. She called her piano teacher, named Janna, to come and help her. The piano teacher came down and paid the taxi driver. She sent us the following messages : “Hi Juanita (that is my wife), Yasmina met a very rude taxi driver right now. Apparently his ez-link card payment machine was faulty n he was rude when I got over to help Yasmina. I told the cab driver off and took a picture of the taxi plate number. Yasmina was quite sad also. She just left my school” “I am glad I was here to help. This taxi driver was really quite mean (sad emoticon). Felt so sorry for Yasmina, hope she’s feeling better now. Sure, no problem about the payment” Insulting and threatening a child, Singaporean or foreigner is a conduct unbecoming of a taxi driver in Singapore. This time, it will not be enough to say that this taxi driver will be “advised” and “put under supervision”. This taxi driver license should be terminated.

Comfort Taxi SHA7249D – ★ Shocking Experience

Just had a bad experience with a NTUC Cab driver at about 4.15pm at Bishan HDB car pack today. I was waiting for a car to leave the car-park, with my hazard light on, so that I can park my car in a white lot. I was not blocking anyone. This NTUC Taxi, SHA7249D, came behind me and started to horn. I indicated to him that I am parking into the lot but he kept honing without stopping. I indicted to him to overtake me but he kept honing. I decide to move forward as his honing is disturbing the HDB estate. He park his taxi and walk away. After I have park my car he came back and start to say I am an uber driver saying “” not very nice things”” about uber driver. All this time my wife was with me. I don’t understand what make him think I am an uber driver. Then he said that he is not afraid of me because I was looking at him. He drove off after cursing me. He is really a bully maybe because I am an old man. Can NTUC comfort Taxi condoned such behavior? I think he should be counsel.
