The driver, Kam Fook Yon was sitting on his seat and leaned towards the right. When the driver makes a turn to any street, he turns extremely slow and does not pickup the speed to match the road requirements. The same thing happens when traffic slows or pulling off from traffic lights. Extremely slow take off and takes too long to pick up the speed. Some people were hooting the whole way and they had to move to another lane to avoid us. Driver kept drifting to the left then over correcting and seldom used his indicators. He was driving 30km/h under the speed limit (90km/h was the speed limit and we ranged from 54-65km/h). Please get someone to check up on this driver for everyone’s safety.

The driver picked me up at the airport and I wanted to pick my girlfriend up before heading back home, I.e two stops. But he said it’s not allowed, and that taxi driver can only alight people at multiple stops but not pick people up. What stupid logic are taxi companies inculcating. And he asked if I will do it if I’m a taxi driver, firstly everyone has a role in their job they take. I’m not a taxi driver and the role of a taxi driver is to ferry people safely and get paid. I don’t see why it’s an unfair thing to do it.

Driver was unhappy he had to make 2 other stops before going to our destination. When my friend asked him why is he sighing, he told us to alight from his cab and take another cab. He even bid us a sarcastic goodbye.

On 12 March 2019 at 2135hrs, after loading 3 suitcases into the taxi, the driver just told us to unload it off and do not want to fetch us from the airport. He was rude, unhelpful and muttered vulgarities under his breath.

After learning that I was on my way to NUH to get crutches for my injured leg: the driver (Mr Kuek), who also had his foot seriously injured a few months back, offered to GIVE me his new crutches free-of-charge as he has already recovered substantially and no need for them now. It’s not his Samaritan donation but rather his constructive advice and friendly disposition that eased me as I was having a problem without the walking aid.

Tonight about 840pm at Jurong Point, I took a Premier Taxi from the taxi stand. However, I was very unhappy about it, I would like to complain a male taxi uncle driver of vehicle SHB8756U being rude to the customer. He ate sweets in the car and threw it outside of the window while driving. Moreover, while I was taking out the fees, he commented that I was very slow in a rude manner. Kindly assist to check his attitude towards the customer.

Taxi went to NUS but insisted passenger said NUH which is untrue, then charged full fare without apology and made excuses that both places are using the same direction (not true as exit from AYE to NUH is much closer but the taxi drove the whole loop of NUS). What an attitude.
