When I first entered the cab, I was a little turned off by the sandy and dirty floor. Was advising driver on the route (which I’ve been commuting for the last 8 years) and he raised his voice and said “I’m better than you”. I guess he is better but the customer service was indeed quite bad.

SHD2749U Driver on 21 Nov 2016 at 2145 hrs have very big problem with his driving skill. He is driving along TPE towards SLE on lane 1 but the left side tyres are on lane 2 throughout the journey. I strongly feel life threatening as i feel like accident could happen any time throughout the journey.

SHC 8039 white taxi…I was in another car and was almost witness to this cab banging pedestrians at red light traffic…
Outside Great World City Kim Seng Road tonight 21 nov 2016 and time was 7.08 pm…The cab
jambraked with brakes screeching and went well past traffic line when red light was already on for a while …
Luckily the mother and child were not at the point of pedestrian strip at traffic where and when this cab driver jambraked, otherwise it would have been a definite hit!!
My hubby and I think he may have been looking down to see something and didn’t realise it was red light so he suddenly jambraked…
Very scary if that child had been hit!!

Despite having the no smoking sign in the cab, cab driver smoked in the cab and I had to inhale what was the remains of the smoke in the cab. It was terrible and I smelled like cigarette smoke exiting the cab.

I have had the utmost misfortune of taking Prime Taxi SHD2621D on 7/11/2016 from Changi Airport.
Through the very short journey the driver did all of these things:
1) Raised his voice at me when I asked politely if he can turn up the air conditioning as it was almost non-existent in the rear seat. He said the problem was me and not the AC
2) Drove very dangerously at speeds of 95km/hr on small roads, cut in and out on other motorists while eating the car horn repeatedly in a very aggressive manner. Made many dangerous maneuvers and nearly hit a pedestrian crossing the road while the pedestrian green light was still blinking. Proceeded to sound his horn at the pedestrian. I never feared for my safety more, even when I had my seat belts on.
3) Informed me 5 minutes driving away from the airport that I better have small change in $10 notes. I said I only had $15 and $50 note on me. He cursed at me. Look, if you would have told me earlier before driving off to the ECP, I would have taken another cab instead.
4) Alighted me so close to a parked vehicle that I couldn’t open the cab door without bumping into the said vehicle. Driver proceeded to scream at me hurling insults and vulgarities. At this point, I was so scared and exhausted that I didn’t bother to argue back, just stepped out and walked away. Little did I know he would get out of his cab and continue stalking me while trying to pick a fight with me.
Prime Taxi, for the good of future passengers, I greatly, strongly advise that you seek out said driver SHD2621D (receipt attached)
and counsel him or even revoke his services with your company. A person who has strong anger issues should not be driving passengers on the road. It is not fair to other motorists as well. Hell, a person this angry should not be driving at all.
There were many times in that short ride, I feared for my safety.
I will be making a police report.
Looking forward to hear that the company will take this seriously and take measures to investigate.

I took the ride from Tekka Centre where the wet market is. As he started driving, he started complaining about how smelly his taxi had become. My bags were in the boot. After informing him that my things were nicely bagged up, he stopped the taxi and checked my items. He continued driving and was still complaining. I suggested that the smell came from my shoes instead of the bags and that if he was not happy, he should just drop me off there and then. But no, he did not stop the taxi. He continued complaining in his high-toned voice. I suggested 3 times that he stop the car if he was not happy. He went on to say that he was not complaining.
I suggested for him to not pick up any passengers from any wet markets in future. Obviously our sandals, slippers or shoes would smell having spent time in such an area.
As a paying passenger, I do not want to hear complaints. I was his passenger. Be professional about it. It’s either he drives me or he doesn’t.
