Comfort Taxi SHB8584Z – ★★★★★ Pleasant Trip

My family and I have boarded his taxi after attending a wake and we were in low spirit. However, Mr Taxi driver were able to put a smile on our face with his extremely jovial, outgoing and positive attitude. Even though the trip from woodlands to Pasir Ris is quite a distance away, it seems like the journey took only split second to reach our destination. His attitude is definitely worth commending and it is a blessing to have a staff like him! My family and I definitely enjoyed our ride home and would like to take this opportunity to thank him for that. We wish him success in his career and may 2017 be a year filled with happiness; health and good luck for him! Kindly extend our warmest appreciation to him.

May the company continue to grow and strive!

Prime Taxi SHD2105C – ★ Terrible

I wasn’t feeling well so I decided to hire a cab however I didn’t know that it could be so terrible. I told the driver Miss YAP YIN MAIN that I want to go to Seng Kang, she said that she needed to make a turn to pick up something at her place, so I said okay. Then she did not restart the fare meter which I had to pay extra, which I felt that it was so unfair. To make the matter worse, her seat is not straight and laid back the whole trip, and I was like “HUH? this sitting position can drive?” She was driving with one hand and the other hand she was using her phone talking, and it was very slow that made me even nausea. The trip was dangerous especially she honk when it is not necessary which thereby I conclude that she is a reckless driver and I am unlucky to hop on to this cab. Well, during the trip there is a road accident that make road jams and I can’t blame her for that. I am a driver myself, I don’t know how she had her licence, you guys better do something about it and this is my first time to encounter such unpleasant moment of my life which I do not want anyone to have the same experience as me.
 

Premier Taxis SHC616K – ★ Cheater taxi driver

Premier taxi man, when I board his taxi in Changi T2 at 00:48 hrs..He never say he only accept cash. After moving off from terminal I asked if can accept credit card or nets.. He said no – only cash. He said the old woman guiding taxi should tell the passengers. I said but its your taxi and you have to deal with the payment.. you should say. So I have no choice but drive to ATM to get cash because I only had 12 SGD on me. I paid extra night charges while he drove longer and waited for me to draw money. After all this, when he dropped me off.. not a word of thank you. Ugly Singaporean attitude !!!

Already near the destination, the driver took a wrong turn. Got mad at me said it was my fault and he is in a rush. I told him the address from the beginning. He had a very bad temper and turned red. I told him to let me off and I can walk instead Because I’m afraid to ride with a driver with his temper. I walked the rest of the way home.

My destination: Kallang Netball Court. I alighted this cab at Chin Swee road I am use to taking cab and always have this same route which I consider but without consulting me, he straight away drove to the busy Chinatown CBD area and even when through two ERP gantry which I never experience using this sort of way….Its not about the fare. It about the etiquette – he simply took the busy road to earn more fare. As a commuter I don’t accept this style…….

 

Trans Cab SHB9850Z – ★ Being abandoned in no where

In this feedback, I would like to raise a concern regards to cab driver of SHB9850Z on 20th November 2016 1.41 pm. I took this cab from mandarin Gallery drop of point of the hotel when a tourist get off. The moment I get on, this driver told me the tourist gave a wrong address and he decided to drop the tourist off and not driving the tourist to the right location. I was shock to learn that and yet the tourist have to pay for a wrong place driven to.

As I was in a hurry, I couldn’t be bothered by it much. I was thinking he won’t be treating me the same as the tourist as I’m a local. I told the driver to be more on the ball as I’m rushing of time. I was shocked when he turned to a longer route behind Killiney road when we were still doing fine on the original route. Apparently I asked him why and he gave many reasons like he was guessing that it could be a jam later up front. Well… I replied that he could have asked me before making this decision but he got agitated. And said he want to head back to the previous route when I said just go ahead with this current longer route but ask me if when he wanted to change the route again. He just couldn’t agree with it and threaten to abandon me at a ‘no man land’ where’s long road with tall buildings and rarely any human around. Otherwise he would drop me at the police station and I agreed to but he changed his mind and not to drop me at police station. Instead, he stopped the cab in the middle of no where and chased my out despite I highlighted that the place he stopped at was ‘deserted’ . This place is quiet with rarely having people seen and cars, not to mention to get another cab. He just couldn’t be bothered about his passenger’s safety.

I was panicked as I’m alone and the condition of the place feared me out. Luckily, my mobile still have battery and called my friend to pick me up as she happened not to be too far from my location.

Just picture this, if it’s late night and this irresponsible driver just abandon a girl passenger half way at no where and whatever bad happens later which could be avoidable initially.

Please give a reasonable execution to this matter. Hope to hear from the management soon.

Premier Taxis SHC6397E – ★ It was a very bad experience

First, the driver complained about the location I am going to(Nee Soon Camp Side entrance). Second, he keep emphasizing on changing my exact drop-off location (from side entrance to main gate). Thirdly, he keep reminding me on this matter – there is high traffic. And lastly, when I was about to pay my cab fare with $50. He complained further more, by saying why I don’t have smaller notes.
