Driver took the longest way possible to reach my destination. Took the taxi at Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2 – Tech Place 2 with a colleague at around 10 + at night after work. Dropped her at Ang Mo Kio Ave 3 along the road side and continue the journey to Sembawang Crescent.The driver told me he is taking the Lentor exit but he did not and acted blur when I asked him. I take taxi frequently for such similar destinations. My normal fare for such trips would be around $17+ for 13 – 14km but yesterday the trip cost me $21.55. The distance run is 17.50km.

The vehicle had a very strong Chinese herbal medicine smell that stings my nose. The driver also seems to be eating and driving at the same time which seems like a very dangerous thing to do in my opinion and can cause a traffic accident.

I took this cabby on a busy Saturday on 7th Jan 2017 in d afternoon around 12 plus noon. His name is Sivalingam. He made 2 long trips on my request. Very smooth journey of silence. Please convey thanks to the cabby as I never spoke much to him.. Perhaps I was still in a shock as I knew him personally.. All I want you to know is that I have forgiven and forgotten the unhappy past and whatever remains is the sweet memories of Yishun. Please kindly take note of this driver, if you happened to vomited a little on your hand and did not dirty the taxi, the driver will chase you down the taxi in the middle of the journey.. when you call the taxi company, the driver reply that he didn’t expect the passenger will vomit, hello you think we will expect the passenger will vomit? If we know we sure will have plastic bag with us .. use your bloody brain ! Driver of SHD 1190 XU ZHU RONG SMRT TAXI !

Pick me up is using earpiece on phone with someone until 5-10 min then put down phone.. After 10 min later, he start to look at his contact in his phone while driving at expressway. That cause the driving speed slow, delay my time and pay more on my cab fare.

Dear Madam/ Sir,
I would like to inform NTUC Comfort Organisation of my experience with one of your drivers earlier this evening.
We took the taxi SHD 6688K from 1 , Shaw Centre at about six plus this evening to St Georges. Traffic was slow and my two year old grandson threw up in the the taxi during the ride. It was the very first time he threw up in a moving vehicle.
Driver Seah just kept calm and did not show a single sign of panic or displeasure. When we reached our destination, I asked Driver Seah how much do I have to pay but was only quoted the metered fare. I was taken aback by the response.
I told my son to bring two pails of water so that we could wash the floor mat with the vomit. I wiped the seat and the carpeted area behind the drivers seat. Driver Seah came out to help too with not a single displeasure shown. I kept asking how much would it costs to clean up the area. Driver Seah just refused to charge the extras. In fact Driver Seah thanked us for cleaning the area and the mat.
I sprayed An ‘Eau De Toilette’ to get rid of any smell in case there was. Driver Seah asked me what it was. I replied it is Chanel No 5. Driver Seah said ,’No Need’. My heartfelt feelings that I have the experience to meet such a kind, patient and understanding person.
I would like to commend Driver Seah of SHD6688K Comfort Taxi for the best ever taxi service and humane person I have ever encountered. I feel very grateful and thankful for the grace shown to us by Driver Seah of SHD 6688K.

I used the cab from the Changi Airport with my husband and twin babies. When we approached the cab, the twins were eating bread. we let the babies to finish their food since I knew no eating food is allowed in the car. when we bent the baby pram and put many belongings in the back trunk, the driver stood around us clucking his tongue complaining to us and never gave us help to got on the car. Just he continued to say ‘no food in the car’.
After we got on the car, he never replied our talk and still continued to clucked his tongue.
Moreover, his driving was terrible due to braking hard suddenly and peeling out. It was very dangerous. we were really worried during the ride because we were with two babies.. And lastly, when he dropped us and left our place, he suddenly started his car before the car door closed completely.
In fact, recently we are regular user of Uber. but today we used normal cab because of the airport.
After this incident, we totally regret to use the normal cab and disappointed with the drivers manner.

No customer waiting at taxi stand at Great World City, Kim Seng Road side. There are only 3 taxi lots. The stated taxi is 4th in queue and blocking the free shuttle bus to enter the parking bay to pick customers. The taxi driver refuse to drive off and just continue to wait and frustrated bus driver and customers wanting to take the shuttle bus.

From my understanding we should have only paid the $3 surcharge. We travelled from little India, East side of Mustafa centre to 127 Bencoolen St. The fare was $5.66.
Travel time: 17:51 – 17:58
We were charged $14.66
The excuse that it was peak hour charge. According to this website the peak hour charge is from 6pm. I can’t see no other reason why we were charged this much.
