Premier Taxis SHD1761P – ★ Suspicious

I didn’t actually take the taxi but on my way home the Silver Cab (SHD1761P) was suspiciously catching up with me and slowing down when he was besides me. Then after I looked at him he just accelerated and left. I have a picture of the taxi.

After starting a journey, felt the route chosen was not the quickest, and when asked why a route was chosen, no response.

Premier Taxis SHD1857Y – ★ Very Bad Experience

Just took a cab at around 5.40pm today at 18 Feb 2017 from JEM. We requested to go to Mount Sinai Lane and told the driver it is near Ghim Moh for easier reference but he refused to listen and started driving us to the west until we almost arrive Japanese Garden and then I told him we should be heading to the opposite way and he kept saying he would know where to go when he saw the sun in the west. We gave him benefit of doubt so we start using Google map to guide him but he kept saying stuff like there is what MRT…. East side is east coast and started saying all the MRT stations from Yishun to dont know where…. He was then turn back to the “east” and on track and it should have just gone straight to Clementi but then suddenly turned right back to JCube. He talked about us giving him wrong information of destination but we mentioned three times. So I couldn’t stand him any longer so I asked him to let us off the cab and I even paid him the fare of $6.98. I gave him $8 and he refused to return $1 to us and said we owed him the fare. He gave me back $1 until we said we could go to the police station if he wanted. Finally he gave me back the change but we were so angry. It’s been 2 years I’ve been living in Singapore and no such things happened until today and it just pissed me off. It’s a Sliver Cab by the way.

Prime Taxi SHD2353 – ★ Horrible Experience – No star should be awarded at all –

I boarded this Prime Taxi @ Kembangan MRT Taxi Stand at about 2.30 pm Saturday 11 February 2017 SHD 2353 Soh Chee Siong I told him I wanted to go to Marine Vista Instead of filtering to the rank into Frankel or going straight by Siglap way he turns left along Kembangan and made a U Turn after quite a distance. Then he goes by Frankel. After Frankel intead of turning left to Siglap – he turns right. Goes all the way by East Coast right up to the turning near Still Road then he turns left to go by Marine Parade. When I ask him if he knew where he was going he told me that was the normal way to go to Marine Terrace. He even said I was crazy. I clearly mentioned Marine Vista and he heard me because he said Neptune Court , Opposite VJC. The entire trip cost $ 7.10. I have never ever paid so much for this journey before. Please look into this. He is definitely out to fleece passengers.

Comfort Taxi SHD4312H – ★ Merry Go Round drive

My wife and I had taken a cab on 03 Feb and advise the driver to send us from Yishun to Bukit Timah Plaza then Star Vista. On our way to Bukit Timah Plaza, the driver use a very long trip that cost the meter up to around $26+ compare to the usual $17. Upon dropping me off in Bukit Timah Plaza, the driver continue the trip and send my wife to Star Vista which we were billed $41.80. We can’t imagine that our taxi fare will cost that much as the driver never even ask if we want the shortest way to reach our destiny. It wife was even late due to the long route journey.

Trans Cab SHB9748L – ★ HORRIBLY RUDE TAXI DRIVER

Firstly driver wasn’t happy as we had stuff to store in his boot (2 small bags). We were having a animated conversation but was not loud or boisterous (just louder so that we can be heard above his radio playing). He snapped at me and told us to shut or be quiet.I did not realize that it is illegal to talk in a taxi. He has zero customer service, no greeting, no thank you, just downright rude. I paid $34.20 for this horrible trip that my colleagues got worried and had to speak in hush whispers throughout the journey for fear of antagonizing this driver. As paying customer, it is totally unacceptable. He should NOT be in service line.

Premier Taxis SHD1898D – ★ Worst experience for a Mercedes ride

Driver zoomed car like nobody business. Rude. Hesitated in taking my baggage from the trunk. And that when he did, he did not pick it up but rather pulled it down from the trunk. Really rude. What kind of service for that kind of car???

Comfort Taxi SHA7049P – ★ Horrible noise at the rear.

The Taxi fit to be scrapped if not properly maintained. How can such a noisy taxi be allowed to cruise on the road?

Prime Taxi SHD2813S – ★ Terrible service

This taxi driver was waiting for customers to come down and he was blocking the whole roundabout.I went forward and talk to him nicely, asking him to move forward slightly so the other vehicles behind can go off but he insist that I should talk to him nicely and he will not move at all.

CityCab SHC7483H – ★ Terrifying

It was night time, the driver did not see that the car in front of him was not moving, so he suddenly jam break and turn at the same time to avoid, I was with my family and was very scared. Please do something about this driver, he endangered my family and I and he did not even say sorry.
