The driver was surrounded himself by mobile phone, one is still being charging, and he is holding another one and chatting with his friend/family. The trip was not so smooth and he was distracted. Fortunately, no accident/collision happened.

Mr Ramli was warm & friendly. I was travelling with my dad & had to send him home first. Mr Ramli patiently waited as I escorted my father to his flat, which took awhile as my father has walking difficulty. During the ride my father enjoyed chatting with Mr Ramli. He patiently repeated answers to the same questions my father asked (due to the latter’s poor short-term memory). Just want to give a thumbs-up to Mr Ramli & a big thank you for being wonderful.

The driver(I apologize cant remember his name) was very patient. I needed to go from Ion Orchard to my home and pick up items before returning to Ion Orchard. He waited without complaint. We had a very pleasant conversation during the journeys. A lovely experience.
 

Premier Taxis SHB8509S – ★ Rude Driver

I tend to often close one eye and not review about rude drivers but this time round this driver really went overboard. I had a super bad experience with this driver. I boarded the taxi at compass one and told him my address. Throughout the trip, my mum and I was communicating in Chinese and when we were nearing our destination, we told the driver to ‘turn left’ in Chinese. We assumed it was a Chinese driver as he looked Chinese and even his particulars such as his name was in Chinese. He was super angry at that fact that we spoke Chinese to him and he told us rudely that not all taxi drivers are Chinese. We apologised for our assumption and explained why spoke Chinese to him(as stated above). He then exclaimed ‘Can’t you look at my particulars and tell that I am an Indian?’ At this point, we took a look again and confirmed that his particulars were not even there to state that he was an Indian driver. The name on the particulars stated that the name was ‘Chew Tuan Sok'(not very sure what the exact name was) and it was definitely a Chinese name. I believe the driver was a relief driver based on his point. He even brought in the fact that Lee Kuan Yew has already passed on and that all Singaporeans should be speaking English now??????? What has Lee Kuan Yew got to do with this matter? Towards the end he even said ask sarcastically ‘You think taking the taxi very big is it? I am only driving the taxi for fun’ Also, to add on our trip was only $5.65 if I wasn’t wrong and he only gave us a $4 change when we gave $10. We decided not to continue arguing with him as he was really rude and we wanted to get off the ride as soon as possible. I was utterly disappointed and annoyed with this kind of service attitude and i will avoid taking silver cab in the future.

My daughter left her mobile phone in the taxi on the way to the airport on 1 April 2017. Mr LIM TOW SENG, taxi #SHC3025Z, upon receiving the call from us, honestly delivered the phone back to us by driving all the way from Bukit Batok to the airport. Just in time before our boarding. We paid him a small token which he refused to accept. We insisted until he accept before letting him go as we appreciate his impeccable service. Such humble and honest man. God bless you and family, Mr Lim.

On 8th April ’17 my friend & me had the most joyful & entertaining ride with Mr. JK Dan(Comfort taxi). It felt like we were in our friends car. He knows how to put things humorously. It was a 20 minutes ride but it felt like 5 minutes. He is also cordial to his customers. So I felt I needed to write a review of him.
 

Trans Cab SHC5604P – ★ Irresponsible

Earlier in the nighttime at 08 Apr, 10:54pm my grand mother, her maid, my sister and my aunt boarded your taxi no. SHC5604P, Mr Lee Choon Lin from Expo Max Atria to 104 Lor 1 Toa Payoh. The Grab Booking ID was ADR-1774320-2-42. My grandmother is hard of walking therefore she uses a wheelchair. Upon arriving in Toa Payoh, my sister, her maid and my aunt went out of the taxi. My sister went to retrieve the wheelchair from the boot and as she closed the boot the driver sped off. At that point of time my grandmother was still holding on to the open door* and car body when the driver decided to speed away causing her to flew to side and sustain immediate injuries (bruising) on multiple areas of the body. (See attached photos) My sister immediately went to pick my grandmother up and helped her to the wheelchair.The taxi driver stopped and my sister loudly knocked on the taxi but he did not bother to come out to check or help nor apologize. He just drove off again. *My grandmother was seated on the back passenger seat (left side). The Grab Booking was made through my sisters’ account;XXX. Phone Number XXX Please look into the taxi driver and have him reprimanded for such reckless and ill-considered actions/ behaviour. We will be bringing my grandmother to the hospital for consultation and treatment also, to understand the extent of her injuries.
 

SMRT Taxis SHD6436X – ★ Terrible ride

Never knew SMRT taxi got this kind of service, talk their way out. If wrong then admit and apologize. Not bullshit all sort of things and push the blame to the customer. If that’s how the Attitude and Service the SMRT taxi driver should have! When I board the taxi, I already told the driver my destination. Reply by the driver as he knew where it was. As we travel along the journey, I notice the driver’s left hand was on hand brake, half pull upward. When we nearly reach the destination, he then push down the hand brake. Also when the taxi reach AMK at the junction, the taxi drove wrong road out. Didn’t I tell the driver my destination when I aboard the taxi? How can he drove wrong way and blame me for not telling? Last but not least, the whole fare for the journey was much higher than normal and the time it took was longer than normal.

He changed lanes recklessly and horned multiple times at cars in front of him who were going within the speed limit. Abruptly stopped multiple times.
 

Comfort Taxi SH8712J – ★ Not following GPS/journey took 40 minutes instead of 20

Disaster today experience while going to an important meeting with client. Taxi driver didn’t know the way, refused to follow GPS guidance by selecting his own track. It took me 40 minutes without any traffic jam instead of 20 minutes to arrive, I was late.
