I booked this Transcab taxi via Grab at about 10.50am on 17 September 2017 with this driver called Ian So Tin Chi. He called to confirm my location at Blk 476A Upper Serangoon View, to which I said yes.As it was my first time using GrabTaxi, I was looking at where his taxi was going on my geolocation in real time. Grab said my taxi had arrived, but when I looked up, he was nowhere, and I saw on the geolocation that he was heading elsewhere. Panicking, I called to ask where he was and he assured me he was on the way, and reconfirmed my location, to which again I said yes.When he arrived, both me and young boy sat in. When I mentioned that he scared me as I thought he lost his way, I was horrified when he had a go at me and said I was rude on the phone which I did not think so. I explained that the location showed he passed the location. Instead, he went on and on on how I talked with him on phone and even mocked-yelled at me to show his point. Then he laughed and said I sounded like his wife. Insulted, I asked if he was insulting me and he said he will fetch me to the destination, so the whole journey was quiet. I guided him to my destination and once arrived, I double-checked with him that payment was made with my GrabPay, he confirmed, so I got out of the cab along with my son. As we were walking to my destination, he pulled his window down and shouted at me, said I was rude. To my horror, I scolded him back and said he was rude himself. He argued with me in front of me and even had a go at my son. As a customer, why should I thank him when he was rude to me in the cab? And now, he expected me to thank him! Ridiculous! $10.94 for this rotten service is SO NOT WORTH IT. He needs to grow up!

Today i taken Taxi (SHC 5836L) from Ywe Tee MRT taxi stand at 2:23PM with my friend.My friend stay in Paya Lebar and I stay in Betok. Therefore my friend asking to go to Paya Lebar first.After that i asking the driver to go Betok after sending to my friend.The Driver start to scold me that I am not respecting him because I was not inform him earlier before I take Taxi. This is my first time to hear this regulation. I taken a lot of time (even though sometime is night) to taken taxi with two different destination with my friend, no one scold me. This driver said that he owe his car and he can decided to send me or not. This is a crazy attitude to talk to customer that he making decision. Therefore, I straight away ask him to stop and alight from this taxi. He send my friend to Paya Lebar. If two destination is so far away, I do not mind. Now is only Paya Lebar and Betok . But Why Taxi driver dare to scold to customer and why he cannot send two different destination? Is there any term and condition in taxi regulation that Customer need to ask taxi driver about two different destination before taking taxi?
I am not satisfy with the Driver attitude and I looking forward to hear about the hire action for this case.

Completely dangerous driver that did not even slow before the stop line. Honked loudly and almost ran me over at the stop line. This driver is a threat to public safety that should be taken off the roads.

The driver from NTUC Mr Lee was very helpful and understanding in ferrying my mother for her medical appointment at Bukit Merah Polyclinic.
He is certainly an asset to the company and community.

Just ended from my night shift. Couldn’t remember taxi driver name but was professional and humble. Had a nice conversation about working as a taxi driver. Safe driving. Very focus on the road. Overall experience in this ride: Excellent.

The journey was from the East Coast Lagoon Food Village. When entering the taxi, we explicitly requested the driver to drop us at the nearest MRT station BEDOK.
However, the driver made a detour to EUNOS MRT by stating that he did not hear our request and argued that the nearest station is EUNOS.
With disagreement with the driver, we required a receipt. The driver, who was suddenly irritated, refused to let us get off by locking the door, continued the ride with rage and threatened to leave us to a police station.
The word and the behavior of the driver were so violent and outrageous that we had the feeling of becoming victims of a kidnapping. Fortunately, there were 2 traffic policemen who helped to calm down the driver, who finally agreed to send us back to EUNOS MRT.
When my wife tried to reason with the driver, the driver rudely asked her to shut up.
The bill eventually came up to 13 SGD: the return journey cost us twice the amount we had paid for the ride from BEDOK MRT to food village on the very same day.
This is a very unpleasant experience because of the outrageous, rude and sexist behavior of the driver. Our guest from oversea and my wife were shocked and frightened.
We need to hear from Premiers taxis and require an apology from this driver. If no follow-on goes back to us in the coming fortnight, we shall escalate the case to judicial authority.

Mr Leong of vehicle number : SHB 1241 J on 20 August at 0040 hrs, my wife and I were at the airport queueing up for a taxi. we brought back 4 pieces of heavy luggage plus two hand-carried backpacks. We are staying at East Meadows which is a short distance from Changi Airport and we often met unhappy taxi drivers who were so reluctant to send us back due to short distance. We can understand the fact that these taxi drivers have to wait at the airport for a long period of time for business. And so when came to our turn to board this Mr Leong’s taxi, I was asking Mr Leong that if it was alright for him as we stayed nearby. I was however pleasantly surprise to witness Mr Leong’s was very polite and positive reply. needless to say, he also helped us to load luggages into his taxi boot. He drove very safely and nicely which we really enjoyed and one could see that he had no quibbles over sending us home. Surely, this kind of positive attitude and politeness are hard to come by these days. We wish to thank Mr Leong and hope to be able to be his guests soon. Many thanks and well done, Mr Leong!

It worse today. I just wait at zoo taxi queue and taxi driver don’t want to pickup as he wants to go city… but, he did not put any sign on taxi.. is that your legal way to behave to passenger?

I would like to compliment the taxi driver ( Indian ) for his patience, understanding and nice demenour. I wanted to change the rout after ten minutes, and without questions he agreed immediately. When I thanked him, he said ” no problem at all, I only need to turn my steering wheel only “. Also he was very obliging when I asked him to turn the radio off. The overall journey was very comfortable and after many years of daily taxi trips, he is one of the Best Taxi Driver I have met. Kindly send my thanks to him again and let me know once you’ve done so. I also like to feedback on the Taxi promotions ( tie up w Dash ), it is not so good as it’s v difficult for me to click/ [participate. Can you call me 96360218?

Driver was swearing repeatedly in abusive language when a vehicle pull to a stop suddenly in front of him. Subsequently,he rolled down his window and violently pointed the middle finger at several road users on 2 separate occasions when he claimed to have the right of way. He was swerving and his driving was choppy throughout the trip.
