SMRT Taxis SHB600M – ★ Totally DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED

This is a total disappointment and disgrace to have this type of service.

What happened is, my wife and i were being to off that the driver had not enough time yo swnd us to Jurong East after we load up our luggage’s and seated in the taxi.
It is very frustrating to us and some of the queuing passengers were seems giggling at us.

This happen just only 26/12/2017 2230hrs woodlands train check point, taxi pick up point.

Please convey my message to the taxi driver who brought me from Fairmont Hotel to Jurong West Street 65. I was badly drunk and accidentally spilled some of my puke in the back seat. So sorry about it, Merry Christmas and happy new year to this kind man!

 

Premier Taxis SHC64485 – ★ Rude taxi driver

He pick us up at next mall going to amk st 31, one of my fellow passenger sit down beside him and he was a bit upset already because his paper bag was in that seat beside him. And he don’t know where to put his paper bag. I offer to put his paper bag behind and he said nothing.
Then his paper bag was out of balance because it was place in the drivers handbrake. It almost fell, the passenger in front hols the paper bag and offer him to put beside him, and he SHOUTED saying don’t touch my thing, the passenger said sorry u can i only offer if u can place here, and we was angry already telling that his thing will be spoiled.
Following he shouted again telling that my address was not right and there is no such thing. I told him go to the other way.
All along the way he keep on banging his paper bag and keep on stomping.
Please do something about it he is not a pleasant driver.

 

Premier Taxis SHD1808P – ★ Dangerous driving

I am not a passenger but a motorist on the road. This morning at around 945am, driver of vehicle SHD 1808 P swerved in dangerously beside me and attempted to squeeze into the filter lane leading to corporation road on KJE causing me to have to avoid him by going to the side and jam brake. This was despite several warnings to him with my horn.

As I was just right beside his rear as he squeezed in and there was another car behind me, I had to over take SHD1808P at the side after the bend. He was driving very recklessly and I wanted to avoid him. He probably thought I was challenging him and drove even more recklessly, all this while he had a passenger in his cab.

Up till him stopping at the roadside of Jalan Terusan (double yellow line), he did not once use his signal indicators and squeeze in between cars and large vehicles, even straddling between two lanes when there are motorcyclists around him.

He is a danger on the roads and I demand a follow up on this incident.

 

Yellow-Top Taxi SHB3098T – ★ Rude and Horrible Driver

This is my first complaint. I had the unfortunate trip with your driver, Lim Soon Hin. This driver is extremely rude. He went the wrong way and blamed me for not informing him earlier. He even reprimanded me for always telling him the direction the last minute. I highly recommend that he be given some form of punishment. Drivers like him give your company a bad reputation, which is all the more dire in today’s competitive climate in transportation industry. I demand an update on your next course of action within this week, Thank you.

 

Yellow-Top Taxi SH2894G – ★ Bad customer service from yellow top taxi

This morning 9am, I took the Top Yellow Cab at Sims Drive (SH2894G) and when I asked the driver, do you accept NETS or Credit Card Payment and instead of saying “Yes” or “No”, he pointed to the door and coldly said “See for yourself!”.
At that moment, I carried 2 bags with me and have problem reading small prints, I just get frustrated and told him can he provide better customer service?
What come after shock me further, he said, “If you are not happy, get out of my car!”.

I can’t believe living in a first world country like Singapore, I received third world customer service from the this type of taxi driver !
Just because of one bad sheep, this unprofessional taxi driver has tarnished the good reputations that have built up by many good ones!

We will never reach the world class customer service in Singapore if we continue to tolerate such bad behavior and don’t expose them.

Just my bad Monday!”

 

Comfort Taxi SHC878Z – ★ Aggressive driver

Hi i booked a taxi last night at 8:04pm ETA 2-4 min. Called driver 6 mins later as he hasn’t showed up. By roughly 12 mins it was my turn in line so i had cancelled the taxi. The same taxi had picked me up from the line, the whole ride from Tanjong Pagar to MBS the driver was scolding me, aggressively telling me what i should and shouldn’t do, making indirect treats in a crude tone and manner. Highly unexpected from a Limo taxi service to hire such drivers.

 

Trans Cab SHB9714J – ★ Horrible

I got a taxi from Changi Airport to Tana Mare Terminal. The way take normally 12 to 15 minutes. We arrive after 50 minutes. The driver didn’t know where was the Terminal. He asked 2 times his way. I loose my ferry and then , my ticket. I have to pay new ticket and wait for 3 hours! No license in the car. Need to pay only by cash! Never again

I was taking the cab at rivervale mall taxi stand to sumang walk…i asked this uncle how come u didn’t turn right instead u going straight. he told me it the same what is the difference? i told him other driver will turn right not going straight and we have some argument inside the cab…but in the end he went the wrong way n 1 big wrong…please kindly advise this driver if he got these type of attitude, stay at home…usually i only paid 5 to 6 dollars or lesser than that n he charged me until $8…

Everything was fine, I took a cab from the airport to my place and the driver looked ok. When I reached my place right in front of the door, I asked the driver to charge me since inside the condo there’s no signal to pay with credit card. He charged me, took my multiple luggage’s outside the car and left me outside the condo with all my stuff on the street with the excuse that he had another call… I told him that was rude and I was going to complain, he said he didn’t care… is the first time this happens to me with silver, was a terrible experience
